Nurhayati M. Ismail is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Southern Queensland and a Master of Science in Applied Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Before joining Autism Partnership Singapore, she gained extensive experience in a mental health facility, providing psycho-education and counseling for both children and adults as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Since 2003, Yati has specialized in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism in both one-on-one and school-based settings. After completing her supervisory training under the guidance of Mr. Toby Mountjoy at the Hong Kong office in 2006, she took on leadership roles in staff training, parent education programs, and public presentations. Yati also developed and led workshops for educators and professionals, sharing her expertise in ABA. She has trained and mentored therapists in establishing and running social skills groups and school readiness programs, helping children of various ages build essential life skills.
In her current role as Clinical Director at Autism Partnership Singapore, Yati is responsible for overseeing the operations and managing the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and the effective implementation of clinical protocols. She provides clinical consultation and case management for children both locally and internationally. Yati also conducts training, lectures, and workshops for parents, schools, and professionals internationally, contributing to the growth and development of the broader autism community.
