Joy Chong 鍾佳颖 holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from James Cook University, Australia. She joined Autism Partnership Singapore in 2014 and has since gained extensive experience working with children of varying ages and support needs, in both one-to-one and group settings, across Singapore and internationally.

Over the years, Joy has supported children in mainstream schools as a shadow aide, helping them adapt and thrive in inclusive learning environments. She also collaborates closely with parents, caregivers, and teachers to ensure that each child’s learning and behavioural goals are consistently supported across home, school, and community settings.

Joy has delivered highly intensive and individualised ABA therapy programmes in both English and Mandarin, focusing on driving meaningful progress through data-driven and tailored intervention approaches. Beyond her clinical work, she has presented talks and workshops to parents and professionals, sharing practical, evidence-based strategies to support individuals with ASD in their everyday lives.

Currently serving as a Case Supervisor at Autism Partnership Singapore, Joy designs and oversees individualised intervention programmes for children across the autism spectrum. She also trains and mentors therapists, and works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality practice and meaningful outcomes for every child and family she supports.
